Finally!! here are the photos from Keith and Amy's wedding. The reason why I put "Oakland" in the title is because we were literally, all over Oakland. We started out at Amy's parents house to Joaquin Miller Park and ended the night at Peony restaurant. The constant movement didn't stop us from having fun with these guys.
Can we say how beautiful Amy looked on her wedding day? Not only was Amy beautiful but Keith looked mighty dapper in his grey suit. And to add a cherry to top of this beautiful cake, they were both very happy throughout the entire day. The tea ceremony gave us giggles because the groom and the groomsmen had to dance, sing, and pass a one piece of seaweed to one another with only their mouths! Grandparents, parents, and relatives were all excited during the actual tea ceremony. It was filled with laughters between the bride, groom, and the relatives.
Joaquin Miller gave Amy exactly what she wanted, the waterfall! She was happy and it showed throughout our portrait session. The sun was shining super bright but it gave us amazing light but the couple's happy light was brighter. = ) We even played around with the guys and had them carry Amy. Keith utilize his height and spread his arms out to show how short (or tall) the bridesmaids were. Throughout the ceremony, there were some tears and lots of "awwww" moments.
As we touched down at Peony's, it was the last location for the wedding. The couple gave us nothing but smiles and beautiful candids all night. They truly enjoy each other's company and you can totally see it. From sharing a drink to dancing together, it was like, watching two teenagers in love. Two teenagers that didn't have to hide their love but got the blessings from their parents, it was beautiful. Congrats to Keith and Amy on starting your new chapter and thank you for trusting us with capturing your special day. We wish nothing but a lifetime of happiness.
