As I was going through the photos from this wedding, I caught myself reliving every moment. The "awww" and "how cute" came out every so often. Jacky and Maryann are just too cute for words!! Their wedding was super fun to shoot for us.
The traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony was held at Maryann's parents house in Alameda. The set up was very festive, filled with delicious food and colorful decorations. Maryann looked stunning in her Ao Dai (traditional Vietnamese Dress) and Jacky looked very dapper with his bowtie and fitted suit. You can feel the excitement from both sides.
After the tea ceremony, we migrated to St. Joseph's Church for the wedding ceremony. The ceremony had speakers, a choir, and great singers. It was about an hour long and we were able to catch Jacky and Maryann giggling and kissing in between. LOVE !!
Once we were able to settle into the reception, it was party time!! People were singing, dancing, and just showing so much love to Jacky and Maryann. Although, there were close to 450 people, Jacky and Maryann kept their cool and enjoyed every bit of their wedding reception...together. I love that because its a great example of love. The couple can do anything and everything with one another. <3
Jacky and Maryann, thank you so much for having us capture your special day. It was definitely an adventure and we re so glad to have shared it with you two. Can't wait for our next picnic!
